Welcome to The Astrologer (theastrologer.net).
By accessing or using this Website (“Site”) or its services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or book any consultations.

1. Services & Scope

1.1 The Astrologer offers astrology consultations (natal chart readings, synastry, year-ahead forecasts, etc.).

1.2 These services are for personal insight and self-reflection only and do not constitute professional advice (medical, legal, financial, psychological, etc.).

1.3 You acknowledge that astrology is interpretive. Results may vary. You accept responsibility for any decisions you make based on a consultation.

2. Eligibility & Use

2.1 You must be at least 18 years old to book a consultation.

2.2 By using the Site, you represent that the information you submit is truthful, accurate, and that you have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.

2.3 Prohibited uses include (but are not limited to):

  • Providing false or misleading data

  • Using services for unlawful, defamatory, or fraudulent purposes

  • Copying or redistributing our content without permission

3. Booking & Payment

3.1 All sessions must be booked via theastrologer.net.

3.2 Payment Terms:

  • Sessions are paid in full at booking.

  • Payment is processed via secure third-party providers (we do not store full payment card data).

  • Prices are in euros (€) and may change; new prices apply to future bookings only.

3.3 Discounted / Solidarity Pricing:
Reduced-rate sessions may be offered for students, displaced persons, refugees, social workers, or others facing financial hardship. Eligibility is at our discretion.

4. Right of Withdrawal / Consumer Rights

4.1 Under French consumer law (Article L221-18 et seq. of the Code de la consommation), you usually have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance services.

4.2 However, by booking and paying, you expressly consent that the consultation will begin before the 14-day period elapses, and you waive your withdrawal right to the extent permitted under the law (i.e. because the service is fully performed).

4.3 Even so, you may still cancel or reschedule under the conditions in Section 5 below.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

5.1 By you:

  • ≥ 24 hours before the session: full refund or reschedule.

  • < 24 hours or no-show: non-refundable.

5.2 By us:
If The Astrologer cancels, you may choose a full refund or reschedule.

6. Disclaimer & Liability

6.1 No Guarantee:
Consultations offer insight, not certainty. We are not liable for decisions you make.

6.2 Limitation of Liability:
To the maximum extent allowed by law, The Astrologer and affiliates disclaim liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from using this Site or services.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All content on the Site (text, images, reports, branding) is owned by The Astrologer.

7.2 No part may be reproduced or distributed without express written consent.

8. Changes to Terms

8.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use constitutes acceptance.

9. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

9.1 These Terms are governed by French law.

9.2 Disputes should first be addressed via mediation. If unresolved, the competent French courts shall preside, or as per consumer protection rules, the consumer’s local jurisdiction if applicable.
